Massage

Do you have questions about massage?  Are you interested in massage, but not sure what to expect?  Massage has many benefits including relieving pain, reducing stress, increasing relaxation, addressing anxiety and depression, improving sleep, and aiding general wellness.  During the massage, a draping is used so that the client is not exposed.  Most clients choose to wear undergarments or shorts, whatever is most comfortable.  A one hour relaxation massage is a full body massage, addressing the head and face, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, and back.  More time can be spent on specific areas if needed or areas can be avoided.  The client can also choose to have light or deeper pressure.  Aromatherapy is optional and can add to the massage experience.  Lavender essential oil is known to be very relaxing and calming.  Peppermint essential oil is known to help relieve headaches and open the sinuses.  It is also cooling and stimulating.
