Wellness

A wellness session integrates mind, body, and spirit.  Perhaps you are dealing with stress, feeling a lack of energy or motivation, having difficulty managing anger, or having relationship issues.  I can help you learn to use yoga, meditation, relaxation, nutrition, exercise, and other skills to address these issues.  We can work on goal setting, journaling, finding support, or other methods to help you find peace.  This is not intended to be counseling or mental health treatment.  I can make recommendations if further counseling or mental health treatment is needed.
